What To Expect

Our Modern worship service is held every Sunday at 9 a.m., and generally runs to about 10 a.m. This is our more informal service where we invite you to dress how you want (blue jeans welcome!) and worship how you want, whether that means you are most comfortable singing loud and proud with your hands raised to the sky, or if you prefer to sit quietly and meditate on God's Word through song.

Our Classic worship service is held every Sunday at 11 a.m., and generally runs to about noon. This service includes all the traditional Presbyterian aspects of worship including hymns, the Lord's Prayer, the Apostles' Creed, choir anthems, and liturgy (call to worship responsive reading, prayer of confession, and assurance of pardon).

Children on Sunday Mornings

Infants through Age 2 Sanctuary: Room 10
Childcare is provided by childcare workers during worship services and G.O.D. Time (Sunday school). Every effort is made to assure that a warm, loving environment is provided in the Nursery. Attendants greet parents and children from 8:45 through the end of the second service each week. Children may remain in the Nursery room up to age 2. At age 3, the children may begin attending the Little Lambs program during worship, located in Room 8.

Ages 3-4 Sanctuary: Room 8
Childcare is provided by childcare workers during both worship services. Children begin this class after their third birthday.

Children ages 5 and up are encouraged to attend worship until released into Children's Worship.

Grades Kindergarten - 5th: Room 9
During worship, children wishing to attend Children's Worship may leave with Cindy Teetzel (Dir. of Christian Education) from worship following the Children's Message. Children wishing to remain in worship with their parents are more than welcome to do so.

In Children's Worship, Cindy and her volunteers teach about elements of worship so attending children can better understand the offering of praise we bring to God on Sunday mornings.

We invite parents to pick up their children from Children's Worship after the service from Room 9.
